Senior Organic Synthesis Researcher

PhD / Recent PhD Graduate

Job Responsibilities

1.Lead the team in project research, literature retrieval, synthesis route design, and process development.
2.Oversee technology transfer and process scaling: conduct lab-scale process research, pilot-scale production, as well as process validation and handover.
3.Draft the synthesis section of application/registration documents; collaborate with the analytical department to establish testing methods and quality standards.
4.Assist production workshops in resolving technical issues; respond to the regulatory department’s inquiries on registration deficiencies; support the EHS department in risk assessments and accident investigations.

Qualifications

1.Education: PhD in organic synthesis R&D.
2.Experience: None required; recent PhD graduates are welcome.
3.Skills: Proficient in lab operations and computer work; capable of reading English literature and conducting literature searches; able to independently draft the synthesis section of application documents per regulatory guidelines.

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher / Recent Graduate

Job Responsibilities

1.Support senior team members with project research, literature searches, synthesis route design, and process development.
2.Document experimental process data objectively and prepare experimental reports.
3.Assist in lab-scale process research, pilot-scale production, process validation, and process handover.
4.Compile process technology, SOPs, and EHS documents as required; draft project progress reports and application materials.

Qualifications

1.Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Fermentation, Pharmacy, or related disciplines.
2.Experience: No prior experience required; recent graduates are welcome.
3.Skills: Proficient in basic lab and computer operations; capable of reading English literature and conducting literature searches; able to independently prepare experimental reports.
